Technical Innovation

For more than four decades, the company has placed great importance on technological innovation and has developed a series of advanced industrial technology with Aeolus characteristics, such as R&D on large-bias engineering tires and radial engineering tires, tubeless TBR tires with a wide base and super-low section, and green tire production.

More than 50 products we developed fill in some Chinese tire production gaps, two of them at the international level, 10 of them domestic leaders, and at least 10 others at the advanced domestic level.

The company has undertaken many key R&D and management projects, including an "enterprise technological innovation capacity" project, an important National Development and Reform Commission project, a "technology for mass production of high-performance tier elastomer nano-composite" project, a National High-tech R&D program, and a "technological development of heavy machinery radial tire production and installation engineering" project with State support.

By the end of 2011, the company had applied for 175 patents (142 of them approved), helped establish four national standards, took part in setting10 other national standards, and drew up nine industrial standards. In addition, it published more than 50 papers in national professional journals such as Tire Industry, Rubber Industry.
